Studio Tour Weekend

 In Open Studio

This past week I was part of the Flatbush Artists Studio Tour. While the first day was washed out with a nor’easter, the second day brought sunshine for the art lovers and Victorian home viewers.

Being on the periphery of the sites of the 40 artists, I tend to see fewer but more devoted visitors on the tour. That was the case this time as well but my home filled with new fans and old friends.

They were treated to views of new artwork, much of it being made with alcohol inks, and professionally matted and framed.

Large acrylic canvases had a hard time finding spots in the room but my new jewelry line had its own table to be showcased.

An antique etegare hosted hand-painted tiles and framed minis, while its mirrors reflected a large acrylic canvas nearby.

It was a fantastic weekend. Bet you wish you could have been here, right? Well, you’re going to get another chance. I’ll be hosting a

Holiday Show and Sale

on the weekend of December 15 & 16th,

12 noon – 5 PM.

Join me at 190 Marlborough Road, Brooklyn for a beautiful array of art and gifts, much of it at special holiday prices.
